Sports at Exeter

Sport at Exeter provides a wonderful opportunity to make new friends within both the MCR and JCR, and helps to get the balance between a hectic academic and social life. We cater for all levels of ability and commitment, so do not be shy... just give them a try!

However, many great athletes have attended the college including: Justin Bronder, the boxer and cross-country runner, whose story inspired the film 'Blue Blood', Garrett Johnson, an international Shot Put champion, and Sir Roger Bannister, the first man to run a mile in less than 4 minutes. Over the years Exeter College has built up a reputation of sporting excellence of which we are proud!
