I'm currently working on my DPhil in Computer Science. After having been your IT Officer for two years, I've succeeded in seizing power!

Strangely enough, it's not as exciting as one might assume. Thus far, no adversary has tried to bring me down, so I can put all my time into I representing you in various aspects. This includes coordinating the Executive Committee, guaranteeing that your interests are considered in all important meetings, and being the person to access if you have concerns. I will give my best to ensure that College and University decisions profit you, and hope to be able to help with any problems you experience during your time at Exeter. Finally, I am always open for suggestions on how to improve everyone's Oxford experience even more. You're a great lot, and I know many of you have excellent ideas. So get them out there!

I'm reading for a DPhil in International Relations and proudly Candian-Irish (or Irish-Canadian maybe - its a touchy subject.) After three years of solid sitting on the big yellow couch, the MCR finally decided it was time for me to start pulling my weight and elected me Vice President. Primarily I'm the MCR secretary, in charge of organising our meetings and and looking after the Constitution (fun fact - we're actually called the William Petre Society.) I'm also on hand if you have any questions about what the Exec is doing, or suggestions for what you'd like to see us doing. Just don't ask me about my political views unless you have an hour or two you've been looking to kill.

Treasurer: Christo Fogelberg

Hi, I’m the Treasurer of the MCR, so mostly I hang out behind the scenes, writing cheques and collecting receipts. But I also represent you to the college on everything financial or related. Which is just about everything. Whether it’s rents, changes to Exeter House or complaints about anything then you can email me, grab me at Tea & Cakes or track me down at almost all of the social events run by our fantastic Social Secs, and if I don’t know the answer I’ll track one down for you.

Hey all! We're the crew in charge of organising the many and varied events of marvellous MCR mirth that occur throughout the year. We run exchange dinners with other colleges, bops in the MCR, pub crawls, BBQs, poetry nights, whiskey tastings and all other sorts of wonderful fun. At the beginning of each term, we circulate a term card with the season's upcoming events, and a weekly email informs you of all the action happening around Oxford. Hope to see you soon!

I'm on the third year of my DPhil in Numerical Analysis, and now I'm the IT officer of the MCR. I'm in charge of the web-page, the mailing list and any other issue regarding computers, printers, etc. Altough I'm not a computer wizard and won't be able to fix your hard-disk at 4am the night before submitting your thesis, I can give you advice in those issues involving technology.
